Our Fine Jewel Arc nails are made-to-order fine jewelry: cast in solid sterling silver and set with brilliant-cut gemstones. They are not mass-manufactured press-ons, they are miniature heirlooms, forged through the same techniques used in high jewelry ateliers.

Made to Order, Final Sale

Each nail is custom-made to your sizing and stone selection, a process that involves casting, polishing, and hand-setting each gemstone in our Toronto workshop.

Because of this level of customization, all sales are final.

We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds after 24 hours from the time your order is placed.

About Sizing

A complimentary sizing kit will be mailed to you after purchase, with sample nails and instructions to record your measurements at home.

Since silver nails are cast from custom wax molds and not stretchable like plastic, we highly recommend sizing slightly up if you're between sizes as resizing after production is not possible.

Production Timeline

Silver nails require approximately 10 weeks of production after we receive your sizing. This includes casting, hand-polishing, stone setting, and finishing.

Please note: This is a handcrafted process, and timelines may shift slightly due to studio capacity or material supply delays. We do not accept rush orders. If you're ordering for a special event, we recommend ordering well in advance.

Unboxing & Damage Claims

We encourage all clients to film a short, unedited unboxing video when receiving their package. If a nail arrives damaged due to shipping, we are happy to replace the affected piece.

However, once the nails are in your care, we cannot take responsibility for damage caused by use or handling.

Care

Silver nails are more durable, but they are still fine jewelry, not everyday plastic tips. Please treat them with the same care you would any precious object:
