Transforming raw crystals into delicate press-on nails is a time-consuming process. The thin nature of press-on nails makes this task very challenging, demanding great concentration, steady hands and a keen flair for form. Our skilled artisans devote weeks to carefully carve each nail set, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality and artistry.

We understand that every individual is unique. Our artisans carefully adjust the size of each nail to fit your nail bed sizes. This custom fitting process is done entirely by hand, ensuring every set is individually designed to suit you.
Dual-Polishing Technique
The finishing process of our crystal nails is where true artistry comes to life. The exterior is hand-polished to a lustrous shine in several stages using progressively finer polishes. The interior, on the other hand, is given a matte polish to ensure a secure fit on your natural nails.

The Gem Nails Circle is completely flexible — there’s no obligation to shop monthly. You can pause your membership anytime, or simply let your monthly store credit accumulate until you’re ready to use it.
Does the Gem Nails Circle have a monthly fee?
Yes — it’s $80 USD per month, and every dollar goes directly into your store credit. There are no extra fees. Think of it like a savings account, but with exclusive perks and early access to rare drops. You can cancel or pause anytime.
Is my nail set reserved once I join the membership?
Yes — once you’ve been a member for 2 months (accumulative, not necessarily continuous), you’ll have a guaranteed reserved spot. Only 9 sets are crafted each month, and they’ve sold out within the first week every time since launch. Your membership helps secure availability—especially if you're planning for a special occasion.
Are my nails crafted as soon as I join the membership?
No — becoming a member reserves your future production slot, but your nails are only carved after you’ve paid in full and submitted your sizing. Once we have both, your custom set enters production with a 6-week lead time. Think of it as securing your place in line for a future bespoke order.
How do I pause or cancel my membership?

How can I use my store credit?
Yes, your store credit is automatically added to your Make it Crystal account. To use it, just sign in on our website with the email linked to your membership (Main page → side navigation bar → “Account”). At checkout, you’ll see the “use store credit” option.
