how to use store credit
1. Click the three-line menu icon in the top left corner of the Make It Crystal homepage.
2. Select Account.
3. Log in using the email associated with your membership.
If you’re unsure which email you used, please contact us at info@makeitcrystalofficial.com and our care team will be happy to assist.
4. Add your desired product to the cart. At checkout, select Use Store Credit to apply your balance.

PAUSE - Pause your membership for up to 3 months at a time. Once reactivated, your saved payment method resumes monthly billing.
CANCEL - Select the account icon in the upper right hand corner, and choose “The Gem Nails Circle” Then click “Manage Membership” and find the button called “CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.”

FAQ
Do I have to shop every month?
No. The Gem Nails Circle is completely flexible, there’s no obligation to shop monthly. You can pause your membership anytime, or simply let your monthly store credit accumulate until you’re ready to use it.
Does the Gem Nails Circle have a monthly fee?
Yes. It’s $80 USD per month, and every dollar goes directly into your store credit. There are no extra fees.
Is my nail set reserved once I join the membership?
Yes. Once you’ve been a member for 2 months (accumulative), your spot in our 9-set monthly production queue is guaranteed.
Are my nails crafted as soon as I join the membership?
No. Membership reserves your future slot, but your nails are only carved after you’ve paid in full and submitted your sizing. Once we have both, your custom set enters production with a 4-month lead time. Think of it as securing your place in line for a future bespoke order.
How do I pause or cancel my membership?
Open your confirmation email → scroll to the bottom → select Pause or Cancel.
Can I check out with any payment method and still use my store credit?
Yes. Your store credit works like a gift card and can be combined with any payment method.
Do I lose my store credit if I cancel or pause?
No. Your accumulated store credit never expires and remains yours even after pausing or canceling.
What does “price lock” mean?
When you join The Gem Nails Circle, the prices of all jewelry nails available at that time are locked for you. As long as your membership remains active, future price increases on those existing designs will not apply to you.
What happens to my price lock if I cancel my membership?
If your membership is cancelled, the price lock benefit is released. If you choose to rejoin at a later time, current pricing will apply.
