Each Make it Crystal jewelry nail is a made-to-order fine jewelry piece, created to be worn, cherished, and kept as part of a personal collection. Every nail is crafted according to individual nail measurements, using a clear and structured measuring process that can be completed at home.

Step 1: Place Your Order

Select your desired nail design and complete your purchase on our website.

• Complimentary sizing kit is included with all orders over $500 USD, with free shipping

• For accent nails or orders under $500, a sizing kit can be purchased separately 

Step 2: Receive Your Sizing Kit

Your sizing kit will arrive shortly after your order and includes:

• A set of sample sizing nails

• A simple step-by-step instruction card

• A sizing form to record your nail measurements

Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure the most accurate fit.

Step 3: Submit Your Nail Sizes

Once you’ve measured your nail sizes:

1. Fill out the sizing form provided

2. Take a clear, well-lit photo of the completed form

3. Email the photo to info@makeitcrystalofficial.com

Step 4: Size Confirmation

Within 24 hours, our team will review your measurements and send a confirmation email.

Once confirmed, your order officially enters production and carving begins. 

Production Timeline

• All Make it Crystal jewelry nails are handcrafted to order

• Production begins only after size confirmation

• Standard production lead time: 4 months for natural crystal nails / 10 weeks for precious metal nails  

You will receive a shipping notification once your piece is complete.

About Fit & Measurement

Because our jewelry nails are crafted from natural gemstones / solid precious metal, they do not flex like plastic nails.

For this reason, accurate sizing is essential. We strongly recommend using our sizing kit rather than estimating sizes. If your size falls between two options, selecting the larger measurement is advised.

Changes After Confirmation

Once your nail sizes are confirmed and production has begun, changes to sizing, design, or materials may not be possible.
