Pause or cancel at anytime 

PAUSE - You can pause your membership for up to 3 months at a time. Once you reactivate your membership, your saved payment method will be charged monthly.

CANCEL - Select the account icon in the upper right hand corner, and choose “The Gem Nails Circle” Then click “Manage Membership” and find the button called “CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.”

How to Access Your Store Credit

  1. Click the three-line menu icon in the top left corner of the Make It Crystal homepage.

  2. Select Account.

  3. Log in using the email associated with your membership.
    If you’re unsure which email you used, please contact us at info@makeitcrystalofficial.com and our care team will be happy to assist.

  4. Add your desired product to the cart. At checkout, select Use Store Credit to apply your balance.

Yes — it’s $80 USD per month, and every dollar goes directly into your store credit. There are no extra fees. Think of it like a savings account, but with exclusive perks and early access to rare drops. You can cancel or pause anytime.

Is my nail set reserved once I join the membership?

Yes — once you’ve been a member for 2 months (accumulative, not necessarily continuous), you’ll have a guaranteed reserved spot. Only 9 sets are crafted each month, and they’ve sold out within the first week every time since launch. Your membership helps secure availability—especially if you're planning for a special occasion.

Are my nails crafted as soon as I join the membership?

No — becoming a member reserves your future production slot, but your nails are only carved after you’ve paid in full and submitted your sizing. Once we have both, your custom set enters production with a 6-week lead time. Think of it as securing your place in line for a future bespoke order.

How do I pause or cancel my membership?

After signing up, you’ll automatically have a member account, and a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Open that email, scroll to the bottom, and you’ll find options to pause or cancel your membership.

Can I check out with any payment method and still use my store credit?

Yes — your store credit is automatically added to your exclusive gift card each month once your payment is processed. At checkout, just use it like any gift card: on its own, or combined with any other payment method.

Do I lose my store credit if I cancel or pause?

No — once your monthly payment is processed, that store credit is yours to keep. It never expires, and no cancellation or pause will remove it. Think of it as cumulative gift card balance — it’s yours, always.
