Our crystal nails are one-of-a-kind — hand-carved from natural, untreated gemstones. They’re made to feel magical and luxurious, but they’re very different from mass-produced plastic press-ons. Here's what you need to know before placing your order:
Made Just for You — No Refunds
Each set of crystal nails is custom-carved to your sizing and stone selection, making it a truly bespoke product.
For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after 24 hours from the time your order is placed.
Please take a moment to review all the details on this page before purchasing — we want you to feel fully confident and excited about your custom piece.
About Sizing: What to Expect
We provide a physical sizing kit to help you find your best-fitting nail sizes. However, because our nails are fully hand-carved and crystals don’t stretch like plastic, a 1–2 mm variation (often slightly smaller) may occur.
Pro tip: When recording your sizes on the form, it's best to go one or even two sizes up. A slightly larger nail can still be worn comfortably, but a too-small one may not fit at all — and crystal can’t be adjusted once carved.
Natural Crystal = Natural Imperfections
Each nail is carved from real, unprocessed crystal — no stabilizing resin, no shortcuts. This practice is incredibly rare in the crystal carving industry. But because natural crystals are delicate and unpredictable, minor chips or texture around the edges and surfaces are to be expected. It’s part of their authenticity and charm.
Color & Pattern Will Vary
Since we use completely natural, untreated crystals, you’ll see natural pattern and shade variations between nails — even within the same set.
For translucent stones like rose quartz, citrine, or amethyst, once carved thin like a nail, the color becomes noticeably more subtle than it appears in raw crystal chunks.
This is normal — and part of what makes your set truly unique. If you're looking for saturated color, you can opt in for opaque crystals. Translucent to semi transparent crystal may not be the right fit.
Our Process Takes Time (and Intention)
Once we receive your sizing information, carving takes approximately 6–7 weeks, but this is not a guaranteed delivery time. Every crystal behaves differently, and delays may happen due to things like stone supply issues or lapidary tool maintenance.
We do not accept rush orders. If you need your set for a wedding, shoot, or event, please reach out at least 3 months in advance to secure your timeline.
We currently accept only 9 crystal nail sets per month to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. If you'd like to save gradually and still reserve a future delivery slot, consider joining our membership program — $80/month, fully converted into store credit, with priority access and 10% off all orders.
Handle with Care — Like Fine Jewelry
Crystal nails are more durable than plastic press-ons in that they can withstand glue removal without damage — making them reusable and long-lasting with proper care.
However, they are not indestructible. Please treat them with the same care as you would fine jewelry:
Avoid impact or hard strikes
Do not drop them on hard surfaces from a height
Remove them before doing heavy-duty tasks with your hands
Crystal nails are best suited for special occasions or moments when you want to feel extra fabulous — they are not intended daily rough use.
Due to the fragile nature of the material and the fully hand-carved process, we do not offer warranty or replacements for breakage after delivery.
We encourage all clients to record an unedited unboxing video upon receiving their package. If any nails arrive damaged due to transit, we’re happy to replace the affected pieces. However, once the nails are in your hands, we cannot take responsibility for any breakage caused by use or handling.
