What's included: 

  • A set of 10 numbered sample nails (0-9) for easy fitting.
  • A sizing sheet to record your measurements.
  • A detailed instruction on how to use the sample nails to get an accurate sizing for the crystal nails.
  • Free support in case you have any questions during the process!

Note: Email the completed form back to us with a photo of the sheet, and we'll craft your custom accent nail :)

  • 100% natural moss agate. Due to the inherent characteristics of natural agate, slight variations in the arrangement and colour of the "moss" may occur from piece to piece.
  • Polished exterior finish, brushed satin interior.
  • Approximately 26mm - 30mm in length, with width tailored to your nail bed measurements.
  • Made to order. Please allow 3 - 5 weeks for delivery after size is confirmed. If you have a "needed by date" please get in touch.
  • Final sale due to the handmade and custom-sized nature of our crystal nails. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt at info@makeitcrystalofficial.com

Custom Nail Bed Sizing

You will be mailing a complimentary sizing kit after purchase. When you receive it, please record the size of the specific accent nail you want and send a photo of it back to us, allowing us to create your exclusive Make it Crystal nails.

A precise instruction of the sizing process is listed on the form inside of the sizing kit.

Production Time

Just like every good things in life, a piece of meticulously hand-carved crystal nail takes time.

All Make it Crystal nails are handcrafted, made to order just for you. Please expect around 3 - 5 weeks for delivery.

Please contact info@makeitcrystalofficial.com if you have a specific "needed by date".

We will let you know when your item is on its way to you and provide a tracking number. 

Shipping

We use USPS and DHL. Your package will have a tracking number and be insured. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to PO Boxes and will require a signature for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We are based in Canada and we provide free shipping internationally.

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

LOST PACKAGES:

If your package is lost, we will do everything possible to help locate it.  However, we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages after a proof of delivery has been generated by the carrier. 

SHIPPING DELAYS:

We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to shipping vendor, weather or other events outside of our control.
