Lead Time 

Due to the labor-intensive nature of working with natural stone, the lead time for a full set of 10 custom crystal nails is approximately 3–5 weeks. This ensures every piece is crafted to the highest standard, with the attention it deserves. Thank you for your patience—it’s truly worth the wait.

Custom Nail Bed Sizing

You will be mailing a complimentary sizing kit after purchase. When you receive it, please record the size of the specific accent nail you want and send a photo of it back to us, allowing us to create your exclusive Make it Crystal nails.

A precise instruction of the sizing process is listed on the form inside of the sizing kit.

Production Time

Just like every good things in life, a piece of meticulously hand-carved crystal nail takes time.

All Make it Crystal nails are handcrafted, made to order just for you. Please expect around 3 - 5 weeks for delivery.

We will let you know when your item is on its way to you and provide a tracking number. 

Shipping

We use USPS and DHL. Your package will have a tracking number and be insured. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to PO Boxes and will require a signature for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We are based in Canada and we provide free shipping internationally.

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

LOST PACKAGES:

If your package is lost, we will do everything possible to help locate it.  However, we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages after a proof of delivery has been generated by the carrier. 

SHIPPING DELAYS:

We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to shipping vendor, weather or other events outside of our control.
